About the Author

Daría Rolland Pérez Daría Rolland Pérez nace en el Valle del Tiétar (Ávila). Pasa su infancia y adolescencia en Madrid. Acompaña a su esposo Jean-Claude Rolland en sus diversas misiones culturales en el extranjero (Jartum, Singapur, El Cairo, Valencia) y vive largo tiempo en París. Daría Rolland Pérez es licenciada en Letras Hispánicas por la Universidad de la Sorbona, profesora de instituto, poeta y traductora. Es miembro de la AEAE, Asociación de Escritores y Artistas Españoles. En colaboración con su esposo, ha traducido al francés a grandes poetas y narradores españoles contemporáneos.
