This is a great book with easy to use recipes. A friend and I travelled to south of France and stayed with a french family, they wanted us to cook Australian food and we explained that Australian is a fusion of different countries, especially Asian. This book was on hand and we cooked up several dishes spanning different Asian countries and the table was looked at in awe and the food was consumed, with accolades about the different flavours, textures, and appeal to so many diverse French tastes. The next day what little was left over was eaten for lunch with special request for the bizarre sauce (this was the peanut sauce that went with the Gado Gado. Brilliant book and would recommend to anyone wanting to learn and cook Asian food.
