I love the intricicies of this book. Often when you have a book in which the accused is also the main character one is left with a sence of desperation that grows to the same pace as that of said main character. In this book it's different. The boys are troubled that people beleive that of them- it's true- but they don't get desperate as they and Tom and Dick and Dorethea have an endless supply of plans to fall back on instead. A well-constructed, well-written book. Reccommended for any fan of the Swallows and Amazons Saga.
