Index
Prof. Dr. Evamarie Hey-Hawkins has been a Full Professor of Inorganic Chemistry at Leipzig University since 1993. Her research interests include the synthesis of novel reagents for BNCT and use of boron clusters as pharmacophores or modulators for biomolecules.
Prof. Dr. Clara Viñas Teixidor is a Research Professor at the Institut de Ciència de Materials de Barcelona, Spanish Council for Scientific Research, Spain. Her fields of research involve synthesis and derivatisation of boron clusters to be applied in medicine and biosensing, among others. Previously, she worked in industry and at public institutions involved in food science analysis as well as environmental control.
