Dr. Margaret Rappaport has practiced psychotherapy for thirty-five years and has been a public speaker for fifteen. She has authored various works, including books, essays, and poetry. She founded The Institute for Parent/Child Services to guide and support parents during the surprising and complicated circumstance of having a new baby, a toddler, or a preschool-aged child. Her research and institutional model led to the establishment of parenting centers throughout the country. Following this success, Dr. Rappaport's focus on the wellness of men and women resulted in the founding of Reach New Heights, Inc., dedicated to understanding and combating stress through proper nutrition, sleep, and exercise. To complete her counseling for all of life's stages, she created At Sixes and Sevens, Inc., which develops programs for those in their sixties and seventies.
Her labyrinth ministry is both secular and spiritual, and enriching people's lives is a cornerstone of her work.
