Reviews

Nick Hornby for kids * Radio 5 Live *
A real winner with reluctant boys in Years 7 and 8 . . . There's action and a great deal of drama in this pacy story: the reader is never given time to be bored! * Literacy and Learning *
The narrative moves along quite quickly with constantly changing domestic scenes, exciting match reports, and various groups and people interacting * The School Librarian *
