Sterling Bouvier Forbes is a former professional basketball player with the Harlem Globetrotters. He has traveled to over 61 countries. Sterling is currently a motivational speaker who has spoken to over 100,000 kids across the country on the importance of education, and promoting literacy. As the founder of Hooked on Books Across America, Sterling hopes to get kids back to reading on a regular basis. He is the author of 5 children's books, 1 superhero comic book, and a specialty book for children's hospitals. Sterling is married to Sasha Harris Forbes-together they have 4 children, Marcus, Maxwell, Mason, and McKenzie. Sterling and his family live in Folsom, California.
