About the Author

Robert Carmack writes regularly on food and travel, and is the author of four books; his last two were on Thai and Vietnamese cooking, and have been in continuous publication for well over a decade. He and partner Morrison Polkinghorne tour regularly to Southeast Asia, hosting culinary journeys through their companies Globetrotting Gourmet and Morrison is an internationally recognized textile designer and authority on Southeast Asian weaving.
