About the Author

Professor Andrew Terry, LLM (Cant. NZ), Barrister and Solicitor (NZ), Solicitor (NSW), is Head of the School of Business Law and Taxation in the Australian School of Business at the University of New South Wales and is Special Counsel to Deacons Lawyers. He is a past director of the Franchise Council of Australia, of which he is an Honorary Member, and is an inductee into the Australian Franchising Hall of Fame. Des Giugni LLM(hons)(syd),MscSoc(UNSW), is a Solicitor and former Senior Lecturer in the School of Business Law and Taxation at the University of New South Wales.
