About the Author

Steffron James is a lover of the Word of God and a student of Scripture and business. He has a BA in Management and Organizational Leadership from Grace University Bible College in Omaha. Steffron was certified as a National Chemical Dependency Counselor and Professional Military Educational Instructor. After retiring from twenty-two years of service in the Air Force, business was a perfect segue to his next season of life. Steffron also was a teacher and mentor for men for the Lazarus Project, an alternative program to prison or jail. His role as a teacher and mentor focused on individual development and personal leadership for each man assigned. He believes Scripture revealed through the Holy Spirit can instruct, teach, and counsel anyone for any situation, at any time, place, and circumstance. He believes if there is one discipline every devout believer should have, it is daily time with and in the Word of God-preferably first thing each day. Steffron has a deep conviction and passion for purpose, training, business, leadership, and the principles of wealth. He sincerely believes we must give the Word of God the first opportunity to shape, mold, and teach us; otherwise we are left to ourselves, life, the loudest voices, or the most pressing events of our day. He attributes listening and waiting daily for instructions from the Word as the master key to any success he has had in business or life. His in-depth teaching ability and skill reach the scholarly and casual reader alike, helping them glean principles for practical everyday living. 2 Timothy 2:2 is his life's motto: 2 "The things you have heard and learned from me, the same commit to the faithful, who will be able to teach others." Timothy 2:2 Steffron is a licensed broker currently working as a real estate agent in Murfreesboro Tennessee. He is passionately alive about entrepreneurial endeavors. He gets it. He wants the body of Christ to get it. He's involved in property management, land development, home building, remodeling, buying and selling land and that's just the start. As a team lead he has helped to forge a dynamic team of one of the most talented real estate/building groups in Middle Tennessee. For thirty years, Steffron has dedicated himself to the development and empowerment of people through training, instruction, and counsel to fulfill their God-given purpose in life as they duplicate that which is good!
