About the Author

Steven AYULE-MILENGE was born October 20th, 1962 in the small eastern Congo city of Mihenga. His father was also an Anglican Priest. He was educated in Primary and Secondary Schools in the Democratic Republic of Congo (called Zaire from 1971 to 1997). After Secondary school he went overseas and earned Bachelor's degree in Communications. His Theological Studies were at Uganda Christian University and South Africa Theological in Johannesburg. And then, he went to study master's degree in Apologetics and Theology at Trinity Graduate School of Apologetics and Theology in Karela, India in 2010. His doctorate study was followed at Atlantic Coast Theological Seminary, Daytona, Florida, USA where he was graduated Doctor of Philosophy in Theology (PhD) in 2014. He went to study Post-doctorate study at Madison International Institute & Business School where he earned Master of Arts (M.A) in Economy, option: Human Resources Management in 2015.He was ordained in the Canterbury Anglican Communion as a deacon in 1996 and as a priest in 1998. Congolese Anglican Church adopted the ordination of women in 2000, against the wishes of many clergy and lay members. He went to South Africa in 2001 he came into contact with the Continuing Church through then-Father Alan Kenyon-Hoare, now retired Bishop of Southern Africa in the Anglican Catholic Church. Since that time he has been associated with the Traditional Anglican Communion (in South Africa) and then with the Anglican Catholic Church. The TAC body was established in January 2005 by Father Steven AYULE-MILENGE, and then he led the Congolese Church into the Anglican Catholic Church as a whole in 2009. The Missionary Diocese of Congo was formally established in October 2011 by an Act of the XIX Provincial Synod, and Father +Steven AYULE-MILENGE was elected first bishop of the Anglican Catholic Church, Missionary Diocese of Congo in December 15th, 2011 and then consecrated Bishop Ordinary October 12, 2012 at the Church of Holy Guardian Angels, Lantana, Florida, USA. He has six children 3 daughters and 3 sons (Furaha, Zawadi, Fid�le, Patrick, Grace and Elisha AYULE-MILENGE) with 4 grandsons and grand-daughters.
