About the Author

ELAINE RYAN, an interior designer for more than thirty years, is the cofounder of the Phoenix chapter of the International Interior Designers Association and is the inventor of the patented Color Bars color matching system. She has been featured in major publications, including The New York Daily News and the Chicago Sun-Times for her expertise on color in the interior environment. She lives in Connecticut.
