Peter J Tyldesley is a Lecturer in Insurance Law and Financial Services Regulation at the University of Manchester and Senior Research Fellow in Insurance Law at St Mary's University College, Twickenham. He has written widely on the subject of insurance law reform. Prior to joining the University of Manchester, Peter was a lawyer at the Law Commission and was responsible for the insurance law reform project at the English Law Commission.
