About the Author

Jane is a senior manager, director, corporate governance consultant and legal adviser with expertise in corporate governance, business ethics, anti-corruption law and competition law. She is a member of GoodCorporation’s executive team. Jane is a long-standing supporter of Transparency International and a former board member of the Australian chapter of Transparency International. She is an Australian-qualified lawyer who was formerly a partner in competition law with Ashurst in Sydney.
