Wow- this is a profound and valuable tool for any manager or team leader. Anyone who must get results through other people should be familiar with this material. If you struggle in managing other's difficult behaviour, or to get staff to do ask you ask & perform, you MUST read this book.
Probably the most useful business book I've read in months.
