About the Author

Evelyn Pretkus has an M.A. in Spiritual Psychology and draws from twenty-plus years of corporate business management experience that serve as inspiration to her writing, the engaging capers and quips of managing people, along with her life experiences. She has a unique way of seeing the world and is a master at getting to the bottom of hidden factors undermining authenticity. In midlife, the author found herself in crisis, triggering multiple expressions of mental illness to include severe depression and panic attacks. Amidst whirling through a tsunami of pain and change, overwhelming suicidal thoughts surfaced. Crisis served as a gateway to big change along with a new understanding of what it is to be in a Spiritual emergency.Her message is simple: If she can do it, you can too. Seventeen years of the author's Spiritual journey is vulnerably shared with the reader, showcasing a breakthrough process back to our true nature: Spiritual beings having a human experience.
