As an African American woman who has a mixed ancestry from three other lineages, Pamela R. Springer's passion became educating other skincare professionals on the unique nuances of ethnic pigmented skin. Her aesthetics knowledge has given her recognition as a leader in advanced aesthetics education, and she is a highly sought-after professional speaker for TV, medical conferences, and aesthetic trade shows. In 2009, Pamela R. Springer launched Global Skin Solutions (GSS) LLC, a corrective skincare line, formulated to reflect the unique challenges that professionals face in providing treatment modalities for today's diverse ethnic skincare market. In 2011, GSS received a board-certified dermatologist product endorsement and recommendation. GSS is a continuing education provider for the California Board of Registering Nurses.
