About the Author

Gerald Wahrlich, B.Ed. M.A., wurde 1966 in Wien geboren. Nach seinem Lehramtsstudium für die Sekundarstufe 1 unterrichtete er mehr als 20 Jahre in der österreichischen Pflichtschule und machte dabei umfangreiche Erfahrungen im Teamteaching. Nach seiner Ausbildung zum Mediator untersuchte er im damals neu implementierten Schulversuch "Neue Niederösterreichische Mittelschule" Konflikte und Konfliktlösungsstrategien von Lehrerinnen/Lehrern im Teamteaching. Seit 2012 arbeitet Gerald Wahrlich an der Pädagogischen Hochschule Niederösterreich.
