Howard Seaborne is the author of the DIVISIBLE MAN series of novels as well as a collection of short stories featuring the same cast of characters. He began writing novels in spiral notebooks at age ten. He began flying airplanes at age sixteen. He is a former flight instructor and commercial charter pilot licensed in single- and multi-engine airplanes as well as helicopters. Today he flies a twin-engine Beechcraft Baron, a single-engine Beechcraft Bonanza, and a Rotorway A-600 Talon experimental helicopter he built from a kit in his garage. He lives with his wife and writes and flies during all four seasons in Wisconsin, never far from Essex County Airport.
"Seaborne is never less than a spellbinding storyteller..." -
Kirkus Reviews
"Seaborne offers a superpowered hero who's sympathetic. Will is a
pleasantly ordinary guy who uses his abilities in moderation, and
only a few people know what he can do...there's nothing flashy
about Will's abilities; they're merely talents that couple nicely
with his aviation expertise. In fact, his piloting seems more
impressive, as jargon-filled descriptions of aircraft prove keen
and concise." - Kirkus Reviews
"The author simplifies the hero's vanishings and reappearances with
a delightful cue, "Fwooomp!" (a "deep and breathy" sound Will
apparently hears). Despite featuring such villainous deeds as
robbery and murder, the volume isn't excessively violent. Abundant
profanity comes mostly from charmingly gruff Pidge, who 'drops
F-bombs on everything'-whether she's angry or complimenting
someone. " - Kirkus Reviews
"This engaging compendium will surely pique new readers' interest
in earlier series installments. A captivating, altruistic hero and
appealing cast propel this enjoyable collection of
supernatural-flavored tales." - Kirkus Reviews
