About the Author

A highly sought motivational speaker dubbed "The Morale Booster," Cathy Burnham Martin is a dedicated foodie, award-winning journalist and corporate communications geek. A former news anchor and talk show host, she wrote, produced and hosted dozens of documentaries, TV specials & news reports, ranging from the Moscow Super Power Summit and the opening of the Berlin Wall to coverage of NH's First-in-the Nation Presidential Primaries. Cathy also managed a community access TV station, continues to review restaurants and events, and writes for the blog, www.GoodLiving123.com. She studied at Stetson University and graduated from Southern NH University. Enjoying communications adjunct faculty work, Cathy earned a Master's degree in Corporate and Organizational Communications at Northeastern University in 2009.
