Dale Lind is a health care management professional with 30 years of experience in the field. A licensed Nursing Home Administrator, he has been a Controller and Administrator and has held several corporate positions including Vice President of Human Resources and Regional Director of Operations. Dale earned his BA in Business Administration from Andrews University in Berrien Springs Michigan and his MBA from Russell Sage College in Troy, New York. Since 1990, Dale has been a regular presenter on the health care seminar circuit. His topics, presented with energy and humor, cover all areas of Human Resource Management with special emphasis on Employee Recruitment, Selection, Retention, Management and Supervisory Skills Training, as well as Worker's Compensation Injury Prevention. Dale's greatest strength as a presenter lies in his experience as a health care management professional. He currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Waterman Communities, Inc., Lake County, Florida. Waterman Communities, Inc., is comprised of two senior living and healthcare communities, licensed home health care, an outpatient rehabilitation center and a pharmacy. In this capacity, Dale faces the same challenges each of his audience members face. The solutions he offers are experience based and have been developed and tested in his own communities.
