Jam Sanitchat is a restaurateur, food blogger, and chef. She was an editor for an English lifestyle magazines in Thailand before moving to the US to pursue graduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin. After graduation, Jam began teaching Thai cooking classes in private homes and at Central Market.
