About the Author

Swantje Hartmann studied Business Administration with a focus on International Management at the Ernst-Moritz-Arndt-Universität in Greifswald and at the Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria from 2000 to 2005. From 2006 to 2010, she worked as a research assistant and did her PhD at the department of International Management and Strategic Management (Prof. Dr. Stefan Schmid) at the ESCP Europe in Berlin.
