It has really helped me to understand how the foods we eat can affect us. I have a child with some gut problems and have found eliminating certain foods have helped. Still got a way to go, but things are looking good so far. So glad I found this book.

Very informative book regarding chemicals and preservatives in foods that we are feeding our children and what these additives are doing to the health of our children. Also good information on natural foods that can send your kids a little bit crazy. Great recipes. Only thing that I didn't agree with is the use of white sugar.

I love this book, it is easy to follow and explains a lot about how certain food affects our children and why. This book makes you think about even what you eat as an adult, a real eye opener. Some yummy and easy to follow recipes. Great for any parent who may be having doubts about food additives, flavouring and colourants.
