Debbie Tarbett worked for an animation company for a number of years before becoming a freelance illustrator in 2002 and has worked on the BAFTA award-winning Maisy series. She has won two Gold Practical Pre-school Awards for her best-selling counting books. Debbie lives in Exeter with her young family. In her spare time, Debbie enjoys scuba diving, snowboarding and surfing.
