About the Author

Tomas Geyskens, Ph.D., is the author of Our Original Scenes and Confusion of Tongues (Other Press, 2004). He is a member of the Center for Psychoanalysis and Philosophical Anthropology and a practicing member of the Belgian School for Psychoanalysis. He lives in Leuven, Belgium. Philippe Van Haute is a practicing psychoanalyst and a professor of philosophical anthropology at the University of Nijmegen (The Netherlands). His books include Against Adaptation and Confusion of Tongues.
