About the Author

Melanie Stölting wurde 1976 geboren und ist Mutter einer Tochter (geb. 1999). Seit 1999 ist die Autorin als staatlich anerkannte Erzieherin in unterschiedlichen Bereichen der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe tätig. Seit 2005 arbeitet sie als Mitarbeiterin in der Offenen Jugendarbeit (Stadt Norderstedt) in Kooperation mit Schule, Schulsozialarbeit, Offener Ganztagsschule und ASD. Außerdem ist sie seit 2010 inhaltlich an der sozialräumlichen Umstrukturierung der Norderstedter Kinder und Jugendhilfe beteiligt. Im Jahr 2013 beendet Melanie Stölting das Studium der Diplom-Erziehungswissenschaften an der Universität Hamburg.
