John Baylis is Emeritus Professor of Politics and International Relations and a former Pro Vice Chancellor at Swansea University.

Steve Smith is Vice-Chancellor and Professor of International Relations at the University of Exeter. Patricia Owens is Professor of International Relations at the University of Sussex.
