W. R. Owens is General Editor, with P. N. Furbank, of The Works of Daniel Defoe (Pickering & Chatto, 44 volumes, 2000-9). He has edited two volumes in the Clarendon Press edition of The Miscellaneous Works of John Bunyan (1994), and for Oxford World's Classics has edited Bunyan's The Pilgrim's Progress.
