About the Author

Claude Halpin attended Mount Royal College, in Calgary where he obtained a Diploma in Business Administration. He then enrolled at the University of Oregon where he received his B.SC. degree in Business Administration. He continued graduate studies at the University of Toronto, earning his Diploma in Hospital Administration. After launching his career he became CEO of three health care facilities. He moved into the role of consultant assisting all levels of leadership with various services including Thomas Diagnostics and Executive Search. He later developed Leadership and Board Governance programs, privately and with the OHA, which were presented across Ontario.
