About the Author

Dr Sue Johnson, a recipient of the Order of Canada, is an internationally recognised leader in the field of coupleinterventions. A clinical psychologist and Distinguished Research Professor at Alliant International University in SanDiego and a professor at the University of Ottawa, Dr Johnson is the primary developer of Emotionally FocusedTherapy (EFT) and has trained thousands of therapists in North America and around the world. She is the author ofnumerous articles and books, including Hold Me Tight, Love Sense, and Created for Connection.
