Dr. Charles W. Bridges III is a postdoctoral emerging scholar with several years' experience working in higher education. He is a father of three and is married to his lovely wife Nicole. Dr. Bridges was recently appointed as an adjunct professor with nationally recognized Aspen Award winner Valencia College in Orlando, FL. He was also recently an invited guest research presenter at Nova Southeastern University's global conference of leadership, research and learning. Additionally, he is compiling research data for his first academic textbook outlining the latest research on organizational culture in learning organizations. I Saw What Not to Do is his first book, it was written to benefit humanity and to aid those on a quest to accomplish the extraordinary.
