Carolyn A. Chew-Graham is a Senior Lecturer in Primary Care at the University of Manchester. Robert Baldwin is a Consultant in Old Age at the Manchester Royal Infirmary. Alistair Burns is a Professor of Old Age Psychiatry at the University of Manchester.
