Paige Davidson is a certified health and life coach specializing in Intermittent Fasting and mindset shifts. She holds a BA and MA in education and worked for the state of Kentucky as a trainer, workshop facilitator, communications specialist, and executive staff advisor for a state agency head. After taking early retirement and having to have a knee replacement at only 56-years old, she took her health into her own hands and lost 110 pounds with Intermittent Fasting.
