Originally from Ichikawa City in Chiba Prefecture, Japan, Yoko Saito has earned a stellar reputation for her meticulous needlework and her signature color palette. She appears regularly on Japanese television and in magazines and has begun to expand her operations internationally, holding quilt exhibitions and workshops in France, Italy, and Taiwan. In 2008 she commemorated thirty years of creative activities with the Yoko Saito Quilt Exhibition at Matsuya department store in Ginza, Tokyo. She has published numerous books.
