About the Author

There Marie Duncan, author, retired addictions counselor and inactive member of the State Bar of California lives in the Ojai Valley in Oak View, California, with her partner of 30 years and their cat Delilah. She's editing three more volumes of LION TAMER MEMOIR, the tender story of a girl whose faith in love transforms betrayal and loss of self into unconditional love without self-betrayal. In her spare time she organizes community theatre, practices singing blues songs and paints portraits in oils, her most recent being the lion on the cover of LION TAMER MEMOIR.
