Jean NDIAYE est Ingénieur de l'Institut National des Postes et Télécommunications de Rabat (Maroc) et de l'Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines d'Alès (France), il est titulaire du DEA en Ingénierie des Organisations de la Faculté d'Economie Appliquée d'Aix-Marseille III et du Masters en Informatique de l'Institut Systèmes et Intelligence Artificielle d'Aix en Provence. Sur le plan professionnel, Il a successivement travaillé à la Radio-Télévision Sénégalaise, à France Télécoms TRANSPAC FORMATION CONSEIL Paris et au Programme des Nations Unies pour le Développement. Outre sa formation académique, il détient un certificat de Télédiffusion de France, du United States Telecommunications Training Institute et de l'Institut Français du Pétrole.
