Jacky Dakin is an experienced psychologist,
organisational development consultant, facilitator and executive
coach. She is a regular guest presenter and keynote speaker at
seminars and conferences, runs her own organisational consulting
business, coupled with a private practice in clinical and
counselling psychology. She is also a principal of a coaching
consortium with professional colleagues.
She has a passion for helping people be the best they can whether
personally or professionally. One of her greatest joys is when she
sees her clients turn a corner and start overcoming their own
particular obstacles. They can then make the positive changes which
move them closer towards their own definition of success.
Jacky is active on several boards and committees, regularly mentors
younger colleagues and students, and volunteers for various
organisations. She has co-authored a successful book Short Poppies
Can Grow: Confidence at Work and a recently published e-book How to
be successful despite yourself: Don’t Kill Your Hamster. She was
formerly a regular co-columnist in the South Australian Advertiser,
Saturday Review.
Jacky is a past finalist in the Telstra Business Woman of the Year
and is a registered Marriage Celebrant.
