He holds M.A (High Distinction) in International Relations and B.A (Magna Cum Laude) in Political Science from the University of Liberia. He graduated from St. Francis High School, Maryland County. Tom Kaydor earned a Diploma in Management and Development of NGOs from the Galilee College, Israel; Certificate-Human Rights Based Approach & Results Based Management from UN System Staff College, Turin, Italy; and a Postgraduate Diploma in Diplomacy and Negotiation from the Islamabad Foreign Service Academy, Pakistan.
