About the Author

Alice Schertle is a poet and the author of the best-selling Little Blue Truck books and many other books for young readers. She lives in Plainfield, Massachusetts.

Jill McElmurry is the illustrator of the best-selling Little Blue Truck books, as well as many acclaimed picture books, some of which she also wrote. She divides her time between New Mexico and Minnesota.
