I bought this book for my 9 year old daughter, as a jumping off point for all the discussions we are going to need to have over the next few years as she enters puberty. I was very pleased with its easy-to-read format, and age-appropriate information. We have already had some good chats about what is going to happen as she grows up, and I feel comfortable with the knowledge she now has.
