Tonja Murphy is a woman with many stories - and a lesson for each of them. Born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi, she is a graduate of Jackson State University. When not writing, Tonja can be found empowering people to be their best self, both at work and through numerous volunteer organizations including one she founded: The Ladybug Club. She also spends her time worshipping at Jackson Revival Center Church, filling up her CrockPot, and running (or mostly walking) half-marathons.
