Each of the 41 unique recipes are accompanied by a beautiful photo by Photographer Pauline Langmead. With many of the recipes stories, nutritional information or cooking tips and techniques are included.

This isn't a health food book, but rather to showcase recipes that taste amazing and just happen to be made without animal products or gluten. Cheese, eggs and butter pop up in a few of the recipes, but the vast majority of the recipes are vegan. All recipes are gluten free.

This book is awesome.
I have eaten vegetarian food (about 3/4 of the time) for years.
It can get boring. In fact, cooking food can get really boring.
But this book has re-invigorated me.
The recipes are simple and the teaming together of flavours are actually really really good!
You can see why this chef was the head honcho at restaurants and cafes for so long.

My faves so far: pad thai, quinoa patties (yum! the basil!) and the sweet treats like double choc brownies
The best part is it is all made with whole foods so its really delicious AND nutritious. This shouldnt be so 'out there' but in this world at the moment.... it's a welcome return to common sense.
