Michael T. Gracey has had a passion for writing all his life. In 1969 his first articles were published, and in 1971 he became the executive editor of the Lamar Engineer magazine.
Following graduation, he worked in the field of research, writing and presenting papers to societies and groups throughout the United States and Canada.
He is the author of High-Pressure Pumps, published in 2006, and The Time Shift, his debut novel, published in 2009. He has gone on to publish three more books in the Time Shift series, as well as the novels Invisible Islands and My Life as an Elvis.
Gracey currently lives in Woodville, Texas, with his wife Beverly.
