About the Author

Mark Sanderson is an experienced protein and nucleic-acid crystallographer and co-editor of Methods in Molecular Biology, who has solved several key ab initio structures, notably nucleic-acid proteins. Jane Skelly has widespread experience in the expression and crystallisation of macromolecules.
Both editors lecture undergraduates in structural biology.
