The accompanying audio CD contains all the diary entries which are a unique aspect of the programme. Each entry presents a specific stressor as experienced by a 'real' student in a 'real' context. The problems are consequently brought alive to the participants and this also enables them to empathise and problem-solve within a safe and nurturing context. Their own 'real' stressors can be dealt with in a less public forum once they have addressed the stressors of these various students.
