Elly Blanco-Rowe was born and raised in New York City of Dominican-American descent. She is an educator, blogger and author. She is also a wife and mother, with a son and step-daughter. Elly has been involved in education for over 15 years and is currently employed as an educator, teaching online. She is also an instructional coach and life coach.
