About the Author

Marie Bourdain is a French author and illustrator who has traveled a lot. She now lives near New York City where she loves painting and telling stories. She also teaches French in an international school. She loves how people from all around the world can meet in one place and share a common ground with different cultural stories. Her book is fun and introduces children to peaceful multicultural curiosity. Marie loves how illustrations and a short text can allow big talks about differences, open-mindedness, and stereotypes.
