Cristobal Serran-Pagan y Fuentes is an assistant professor of philosophy and religious studies at Valdosta State University, USA. He is the author of Merton and Mysticism, a member of the International Thomas Merton Society, and a regular contributor to Merton conferences in Europe and the United States. He teaches world religions and Spanish mysticism courses in his native Spain as part of a study abroad summer program in Madrid.
