Alice Moore, Ph.D., M.S.W., is a Northern Arapaho from the Wind River reservation. She received her Ph.D. in psychology with concentration in consciousness and spirituality, as well as a graduate certificate in leading organizational transformation, from Saybrook University. She holds a master's degree in management and planning with concentration in mental health policy from the University of California, Berkeley. Through her doctoral studies, Dr. Moore received valuable training and professional exposure addressing organizational change leadership that values quality assurance performance improvement strategies while concurrently recognizing the efficacy of individual resilience. She has worked and studied diverse trauma organizations that equipped her to facilitate resilient cultures of change within organizational systems that transforms membership and ultimately, improves service-performance efficiency.
